Fees and Payment

We believe that even in areas like psychological care, there should be openness and transparency around the costs involved. With this in mind, we have provided an overview of the costs to the different services we provide. 

We are able to accept debit and credit card payments, and for individual therapy we ask for all payments to be made, either in advance, or at the end of each session, unless otherwise arranged with us. For training and mental capacity assessments, we will invoice for payment as appropriate in each individual circumstance.

The fees below are based on self funding arrangements, funding via insurance companies is agreed separately and at different rates. We can accept insurance cover from Aviva, AXA PPP, Aetna, Cigna, Vitality, and Healix. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to accept BUPA coverage. if you are covered by an insurer not listed please just get in touch and we can contact them directly. 

*Session fees are based on a standard rate, however concession/discounted rates are available for those on low income, students, retired etc. We encourage you to talk to us about your individual circumstances so that we can be responsive to these.

We operate flexible, evening and weekend clinic times. Please get in touch to discuss your needs, and we will be able to discuss the current availability.
